Who we are

Pack The Schedule is a product of Brainiac Labs. This Privacy Policy describes how Brainiac Labs (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Pack The Schedule.

Who the service is for

Pack The Schedule is a scheduling tool for physicians and small private practices. It helps doctors pack appointment times more intentionally and lets patients book into those times.

Data we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

• Doctor account information, such as name, email, and practice details you provide
• Calendar connection data from Google Calendar when you connect your calendar
• Appointment details created or managed through the service
• Patient booking details such as name, email, and phone number when provided during booking

How we use data

We use this information to:

• Provide scheduling and packing functionality
• Create and manage appointments
• Send booking confirmations and related notifications
• Operate and improve the service

Google Calendar access

If you connect Google Calendar, we request access only as needed to provide Pack The Schedule’s scheduling features.

Specifically, we use Google Calendar access to determine availability from existing events and working patterns, and to create or update appointment events when a patient books or a booking changes.

Google Calendar data is used solely to provide availability and booking functionality for the scheduling service. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell calendar data.

Patient information

Patient details submitted at booking are used to schedule and confirm the appointment, and to support related notifications when needed.

We do not sell patient information.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data or calendar data.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the product (for example, hosting or email infrastructure), and only as needed for that purpose. We may also share information when required by law.

Data protection

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data and calendar data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

• Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
• Access to data is limited to systems and personnel needed to operate Pack The Schedule
• Google Calendar data is used only to determine availability and create or update appointment events for the scheduling service
• We do not sell personal data or calendar data
• We do not use Google user data for advertising
• We retain data only as needed to provide the service and meet legal and operational requirements
• When an account is deleted, associated practice and booking data is deleted as described in this policy, except where retention is required by law

Data retention and deletion

We retain data only as needed to provide the service and meet operational or legal requirements.

If you delete your account in Settings → Delete account, or request deletion by emailing support@packtheschedule.app, we delete associated practice and booking data from our systems, except where we must retain information to meet legal or operational requirements.
